In September 2007 we purchased units 2C, 4A, B & C at Bankhead Crossway South, in Sighthill, Edinburgh. Sighthill is one of the oldest Industrial Estate in Edinburgh and continues to attract strong occupational interest from business seeking to serve not only the Edinburgh market but also wider Central Scotland as the Estate enjoys excellent transportation links being adjacent to the Hermiston Gate roundabout which links the City's bypass to the M8 Motorway and onto the M9 and M90.

The tenant lineup includes Plumbase Ltd and Next plc and with rent reviews due in 2008 and 2009 we anticipate good rental growth coming through at these times providing us with good future income with longer term asset management potential as well.
