Joint Properties is one of Scotland's oldest, well respected property investment and development companies.

Formed over 90 years ago, we originally specialised in residential properties in Edinburgh.

Since then we have diversified significantly and now our company predominantly invests in and develops commercial property.

As well as retaining a strong residential portfolio in Edinburgh and the Lothians, we have acquired other residential holdings in London's Knightsbridge area.

Our commercial interests include retail and office projects throughout Scotland, and in several English cities.

Recent years have seen us undertake an increasing number of developments in the industrial and distribution sectors. Similarly, we have carried out many retail and office refurbishment projects in Edinburgh and Glasgow.

We hold strongly to the belief that property is a long-term investment.

We continue to seek to identify opportunities where we can add value utilising our substantial track record and expertise in active portfolio management.
